Can I go with children?
Of course, children are welcome at Jaume Serra.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of your visit. If you cancel your booking after the deadline or in case of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the total amount of the booking. Call us on 900 1890 80 to cancel your booking.
Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, just send us an email to info@jaumeserra.com and we will send your invoice to your email address.
How long does each visit last?
The visits last approximately 1 hour, ending in the shop where you can taste and buy the different products.
Can I buy products during the visit?
Yes, in Jaume Serra’s shop you can buy our cavas and wines and take them directly with you.
