Description
The soils in the area are calcareous, slightly sandy and clayey with a low organic matter content and not very fertile. There is a Mediterranean climate in transition between coastal and continental, with mild temperatures, cold winters and hot summers.
Tasting notes
Bright, pale straw yellow colour, with greenish hints. Small, persistent bubbles, with constant crown formation. Clean nose with intense aromas of white fruits, flowers and citrus on a background of nuts and bakery. Elegant, balanced and well-structured flavour. Smooth and pleasant mouthfeel.
Pairing
Delicious with salmon and Iberian cured meats. Perfect to start and end any meal.
