The soils in the area are calcareous, slightly sandy and clayey with a low organic matter content and not very fertile. There is a Mediterranean climate in transition between coastal and continental, with mild temperatures, cold winters and hot summers.
Beautiful and intense pink colour. Primary aromas of red fruits and pomegranate, with refreshing citrus notes, on a buttery background. Very fine, elegant bubbles that stimulate the palate, offering a fruity flavour with a long, elegant finish.
Very good with nuts, salads, grilled vegetables or desserts such as lemon tart.
