Description
To make this cava we choose the best Chardonnay grape base wine and after adding the sugar and selected yeasts (liqueur de tirage), the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle (traditional method) in our cellars at a temperature never higher than 16º C, in order to obtain a small bubble size. Once the fermentation is finished, this cava is aged in the bottle in strict darkness and silence for a minimum of 30 months. No sugar is added with the expedition liqueur, in order to preserve the unique character of Gran Reserva Brut Nature.
