Description
For the elaboration of this cava, the best white wines of the Trepat and Pinot Noir grape varieties were chosen and after adding the sugar and selected yeasts, the second fermentation was carried out in the bottle (traditional method) in our cellars at a temperature never higher than 15ºC in order to achieve a small and persistent bubble. The bottles remain in our cellars in strict darkness and silence until the date of disgorging.
Tasting notes
Colour: high intensity strawberry Nose: Primary aromas of red fruit and grapefruit, with a fresh sensation. Palate: fresh, silky and very smooth on the palate with a clean retronasal passage, with a refreshing sweetness of ripe fruit. Fine, elegant bubbles, which explode on the palate, creating a refreshing sensation, followed by a long, lingering finish.
