The soils in the area are calcareous, slightly sandy and clayey with a low organic matter content and not very fertile. There is a Mediterranean climate in transition between coastal and continental, with mild temperatures, cold winters and hot summers.
Straw yellow colour, pale and bright. Small persistent bubbles. Good aromatic intensity, fruity nose with notes of apples, stone fruits and citrus fruits. Good structure in the mouth, ample, lively and easy to drink. The aftertaste is clean, fresh and persistent.
Ideal as an aperitif, with starters, white meats and creamy cheeses.
