To obtain this dry white wine, only the free-run juice obtained from the best selection of white grapes from the Penedés region is used. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of 16º C, in order to preserve a great aromatic presence in the wine, and all its expression and delicate varietal flavours.
Bright, clean straw yellow with a greenish rim. Fresh and fruity on the nose, with aromas of white flowers, green apple, pear and citrus. Lively and fresh on the palate, balanced and with a long, refreshing finish.
It goes perfectly with white fish, fried foods, seafood and lightly cured cheeses.
