Description
This wine is made from Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada grape varieties. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, but this process is interrupted so that the wine retains some of its natural sugars that give it its silky, slightly sweet taste.
Tasting notes
Bright, pale yellow with golden highlights. Fruity and very intense nose. Hints of pear, melon, on a background of honey with floral touches. Very unctuous palate, with great breadth and balance. Fruity flavours with a persistent finish.
Pairing
Delicious wine that goes wonderfully with spicy food or tapas.
