Description
To make this Jaume Serra Tinto wine we use Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes. The grapes are first destemmed and crushed and then macerated for six days with the must, extracting the desired colour and tannins to obtain a medium-bodied wine. It is then devatted to continue fermenting in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 23-25ºC.
